About Links

     You should know what links are. They are that little word or group of words that you click on to bring you to another part of your website or to another website or an e-mail address. All your pages should have a link back to your home page. 

     You should also have a link page on a content sight. These links when constructed properly help with a traffic flow to your website. They are also a real help to get your sight listed in the search engines much faster. 
   You should have reciprocal links to and from other websites that are similar to yours. There are reciprocal link programs and also software that you can use to get reciprocal link partners. You can do it manually but it is very time consuming. Do it manually by contacting webmasters and asking them to exchange links with you. If they say yes you basically put a link to their website with a title, short description and the link itself and they do the same for you. This helps search engines find your site and some say you will rank better especially with Google.

    A software program available to automatically find links for your website can be found here. This software will get you plenty of great links and a whole lot easier than getting them yourself but me not being very techy wasn't able to install it myself. They do have a deal where they will install it for you.

You should keep getting as many links as possible, keep adding to your link page each week. After a while these links will add up and help get more traffic and search engines to your site.
